As a sought-after speaker, trainer, and certified coach, Merideth’s workshops, consulting, and transformational thinking programs help individuals and organizations break through limitations and achieve greater results than they’ve known before.
With an urban planning career spanning a quarter-century, Merideth is passionate about helping communities and individuals thrive and prosper. Her award-winning study Neighborhood Stabilization and Empowerment has inspired civic initiatives that are enriching people’s lives. Merideth holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning (University of Akron – 1991) and a post-masters Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (Urban Justice and Sustainability at Tufts University in the Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning Department – 2019). Merideth has spoken at and coordinated sessions at National, Regional, and statewide professional planning conferences, coordinated statewide planning conferences and served on chapter boards. Merideth served as a Senior Economic Development Specialist at Texas Tech University, Adjunct Instructor teaching Environmental Planning at New Mexico State University, and in public and private sector planning roles in five states.
